The rating is for the company rather than the ring. I wanted to exchange my ring size 9 for a size 10 ring and they did not reply to any emails sent and even on social media just kept asking for 2-3 days time to schedule a pickup for a return which they never carried out. They did this for weeks without even offering any solution at all. Horrible post sale behaviour. DO NOT BUY.

Hi People, I recently order the Worrier ring which is superb once I received but to get it through I had to followup a lot which was frustrating, I assume the company after sales services improve with these feedbacks in future.
Rest the ring is awesome and beautiful.
